Role Outline

Financial Services organisation experiencing growth and investment, seek a new Support Analyst to work within a large and Application Support team, working specifically on various internal applications and systems.

You will utilize your extensive experience to provide level 2 and 3 support to internal applications and systems, COTS applications, triage issues and work with the Application Development team to resolve issues.

To be successful for the role you must be able to demonstrate you have the following:

  • Experience in Level 2 and 3 Application Support
  • Banking or Financial Services background would be ideal
  • Jira, Remedy or similar experience
  • Web application support experience
  • Splunk or SQL experience would be beneficial
  • Expertise with standard Microsoft applications and platforms

On offer to the successful applicant will be a fixed term role for 12 months initially although there is potential to move to a permanent role or redeployment within the organisation. Salary on offer is up to $130,000 package based on your skills and experience.
