As a Major Incident Manager, you role will be making sure all technical outages are manged and business services are restored as quickly as possible to minimize the impacts.
We are looking for an individual with exceptional communication skills as well as someone with a passion to drive incident resolution time to a minimum and can work very well under pressure.
Your other responsibilities will also include:
- Engaging Change & Problem Management where necessary to review all recent changes, and workarounds which may relate to the major incidents.
- Own the management review process for major incidents
- Ensuring major incidents are raised in Problem Management, where root cause is unknown at the time of service restoration.
Proven experience in a similar role in Major Incident Management within an enterprise organisation along with the ability to delegate and manage team members to achieve desired outcome will be highly regarded.
