A permanent role with a well-respected Australian financial services organisation with offices in Sydney CBD near Wynyard Station.

Reporting into the Tech/Data team and maintains a strong relationship with the business team, this role will work primarily on the commercial side of the business (B2B / Tech Lead Generation). Working with external companies who are both customers and clients of the organisation, you will be responsible for a mix of strategy and end-to-end delivery in a high-growth area of the business. This is an existing role in the organisation, open due to promotion of the previous employee.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop an annual marketing plan comprising strategic and tactical initiatives for prioritised product lines
  • Conduct quarterly marketing reviews
  • Design marketing campaigns and programs in close partnership with sales and product teams
  • Adopt an insight-led, customer centric marketing approach by analysing customer needs, market trends and business drivers
  • Identify and execute on cross-business marketing opportunities
  • Apply data driven methodology to measure performance against benchmarks using CRM technology and analytics tools

The successful candidate's CV will mention much of following skills and experience:

  • Extensive B2B experience, preferably in technology or data-related industries
  • Demonstrated experience in managing marketing acquisition projects from concept to completion
  • Communications and/or content development experience
  • Ability to use data analytics to help shape and inform strategy development and campaign activity
  • Experience creative development and working with agency partners
  • Executive level stakeholder management
  • Nice to have: Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Adobe CMS
