Role: Media Account Manager * 2

Paxus Recruitment is partnered with one of the Largest Independent Media Agency. They are looking for a Media Planning & Trading Manager who has some basic experience with either TV, Radio, OOH Channels & Digital Direct.
The company has around 100 people with 3 offices across Melbourne & Sydney.
What are we looking for
- 3-5 year's experience in a planning & trading role within an agency environment
- Experience of implementation planning/buying principles across TV, Radio and OOH channels and Direct digital IO.
- Experience of tracking performance across campaigns, budget management and annual deals tracking.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage campaign implementation as well as client communications. You will also be managing tasks and training and guiding your Assistant/Executive.
- Use planning & buying tools Spectra, Fusion, Asteroid, AQX, eTam, Roy Morgan, MOVE & eRam.
- Work with the Planning & Trading Director to help facilitate deliverable for clients and with your direct reports to ensure tasks are completed effectively.
- Provide development and training to your direct report so they can continue in their career progression with regular check ins.
- Contribute to team WIPs and support workflow and resource allocation within the team, manage issues effectively and report issues or concerns to the Director
