Role: Media Manager (Radio,OOH,Print)
Hybrid: 4 days work from office, 1 day work from home (Flex Friday!)

Role Summary:

As a Media Manager, you'll oversee client portfolios, orchestrating planning and purchasing across diverse media channels. Your focus is on delivering impactful investment outcomes, necessitating adept communication and multitasking abilities. You'll also provide guidance to executives and coordinators as needed.

Main Duties:

  1. Oversee day-to-day planning, implementation, tracking, and optimization of all campaigns within the portfolio.
  2. Manage and purchase across diverse media channels, prioritizing optimization where necessary.
  3. Provide detailed media recommendations to clients and effectively sell in recommendations.
  4. Analyze costs, reach, and impact across channels, leveraging strong understanding of key metrics and data sources.
  5. Proactively engage with clients, offering tailored media solutions to meet their needs.
  6. Ensure seamless workflow and meet deadlines for final buys and post-campaign analyses.
  7. Secure client approval/sign-off and manage media budgets with precision.
  8. Negotiate client buys and support contract requirements, contributing to robust client relationships.
  9. Assist in the training and development of Media Coordinators and Executives.
  10. Demonstrate a deep understanding of industries within the client portfolio.

Essential Skills:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of the Australian media landscape and Stratosphere's offerings.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other media tools.
  • Advanced negotiation, planning, and data interpretation abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills with clients and media.
  • Proactive collaboration and relationship-building with clients, suppliers, and team members.
