Paxus Recruitment is partnered with an Independent Marketing & Advertising Agency based in South Yarra. They are looking for a Media Sales Manager who has some experience selling ATL , BTL or Digital Services.

What you'll be doing
- Develop, enhance, and drive the sales funnel and cycle from prospecting, to close and onboarding.
- Engage with businesses to uncover new revenue streams through cross selling/up-selling opportunities.
- Build & maintain long term relationships with our client's existing advertising partners.
- Campaign & deal negotiation for efficient buying as well as customer satisfaction.
- Establish reporting structure, including budget building, forecast management and vendor invoicing.
- Work with all team members to educate and ensure the smooth onboarding of new partners.
What we are looking for
- 4+ years in a sales role
- Understanding of traditional forms of ATL media , digital media and marketing including YouTube advertising, SEM and social media advertising.
- Strong business acumen with the drive & desire to win.
- Ability to review reports and analyse data and be able to articulate findings back to the business.
Bonus if you have
- Sales experience gained at an ad tech vendor highly desirable.
