Role Outline
You would be joining an Australian banking industry icon as an Oracle DBA on a 12 month contract. Located in the middle of the Sydney CBD you will be working on a combination of BAU support / management and project work.
In this role you will be responsible for high level support, automation and scripting, platform maintenance, performance tuning as well as backups and upgrades.
Skills and experience required:
- 5 years experience as an Oracle DBA
- Oracle 12c and 19c experience
- Linux (any distro) or AIX
- Shell Scripting and automation
- SQL Server or PostgreSQL
- Performance tuning
On offer to the successful applicant is a 12 month contract as an Oracle DBA with options to be Sydney or Brisbane based. Rates on offer will be based on your skills and experience.
