An outstanding opportunity exists to join a leading Healthcare Specialist in their PAS Support team.

As an Advisor in Customer Support you will have strong functional and business process knowledge within the Patient Administration Systems (PAS) arena.

What you'll bring to the team:

  • You will be focusing on our new EMR Electronic Medical Record Care Suite solution in a managed service offering. The Advisor role will be responsible for the provision of functional and technical support for the EMR solution from a PAS perspective, incorporating support for core PAS, Billing, Scheduling and Health Department Extracts. The successful applicant will be required to provide incident resolution to VIC based healthcare clients initially with opportunity to broaden as additional contracts are executed.
  • You will possess strong team leadership and troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills and possess knowledge of Healthcare IT and practices, along with ITIL methodologies. You will bring with you exceptional communication skills and will be able to effectively escalate and work with the Management team to drive resolution of tasks and promote continual service improvement. Adherence to ANZ health data privacy policies will be required as well.
  • ANZ health industry knowledge/expertise is essential. You will need flexibility with working hours, some after hours work expected due to the nature of the solution and mission critical services it provides to the Hospitals.
  • Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills including verbal and non-verbal communication techniques. Excellent problem solving skills and an understanding of the technical aspects of service delivery eg: hardware, peripheral devices and operating system platforms. Also an ability to communicate and document findings via status updates and reports.
  • Self-motivated, with a demonstrated ability to effectively work independently and unsupervised as part of a geographically disparate team. A demonstrated ability to rapidly acquire and apply additional knowledge and skills. An ability to prioritise your workload to deliver focused work schedules and deadlines. You will be Solutions focused and proactively identify issues and promote solutions to deliver exceptional services and high-quality outcomes for the client.
