Position Overview:
As a Policy Adviser, you'll play a vital role in supporting the public health system in addressing violence, abuse, and neglect. You'll contribute to strategy development, program implementation, and policy evaluation. Your responsibilities include engaging stakeholders, ensuring a coordinated approach to service integration, and providing clear communication to senior executives and key staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with a diverse range of stakeholders to facilitate a cohesive statewide strategy.
- Support the integration of violence, abuse, and neglect services with broader health initiatives.
- Prepare high-quality written and verbal communications, including policy documents and briefs.
- Provide advice and guidance to Executives, Senior Managers, and front line workers in Health.
- Contribute to the development, implementation, and evaluation of strategic programs and policies.
- Stay abreast of relevant industry developments and legislative changes to inform decision-making.
