Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with the client to understand needs, advise the internal teams and offer ideas for strategies to execute empowering innovation.
- Collaborate with Marketing + Sales, Engineering, Product Support, and Technical Services Group ensuring seamless integration with various systems.
- Work closely with the controllers/routers as well as cloud-based systems, exploring broader technologies to help product progress.
Role Requirements:
- Strong IT technical background.
- Proficiency in communication, bridging the gap between technical aspects and different parts of the business.
- Experience in control systems and real hardware management.
- Ability to understand and cater to customer needs.
- Familiarity with developing roadmaps for product enhancement.
Desired Background:
- Experience in configuration, especially in building control systems.
- Technical sales background with a focus on customer understanding.
