Role Outline
This is a large IT Consultancy working with virtually all of Australia's largest companies. You will be delivering a range of projects for one of their key accounts, a name that is easily recognisable!
In this role you will be the single point of contact looking after all aspects of this client's projects. You will be working with key Project Managers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Aside from this you will manage client relationships from CxO level down ensuring client satisfaction.
Skills and experience required:
Project and Program Management experience
Client relationship engagement and management
Management of consecutive projects within a large portfolio
Managing client change requests and project impacts
Ensuring project delivery in line with contractual obligations
Experience in identifying and implementing cost reduction opportunities
On offer to the successful applicant is a role that will see you take charge all of all aspects of project delivery and client engagement. A salary of up to $230,000 in an organization that really values client relationships.
