Job description

Our client are currently undertaking a large transformation program which will uplift their infrastructure and services to a new enterprise platform.

As the Program Scheduler, you will support the program in developing, monitoring and maintaining an integrated program schedule incorporating project and change schedules. The role will perform critical path analysis, identify key risks, issues and dependencies, provide dashboard reporting as well as expert advice and guidance

Your Responsibilities will include

  • Develop and maintain a master schedule for the program as well as fit for purpose standards and guidelines.
  • Be responsible for consistency of project planning, setup and tracking across projects, developing a regular cadence for maintenance and reporting.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to develop project schedules for integration into the master program schedule.
  • Ensure schedule development supports business case development, delivery and vendor requirements, a transformative change agenda, external assurance, governance, and stage gate management.

The ideal candidate will have

  • Experience operating within large and complex ICT programs of work with a strong business transformation component.
  • Understanding of Project Governance/Assurance/Gating processes in a program context.
  • Demonstrated experience with developing and maintaining an integrated master schedule from multiple projects and vendors and defining critical path.
  • Knowledge of and experience with software development lifecycles, water fall and agile delivery methodologies.
  • Foundation level PRINCE2 certification and applied experience in ICT projects.
