We're seeking customer service superstars with great people and organisational skills to join us as a Recruitment Consultant! We specialise in IT - so an interest in anything IT or tech is a bonus - but we'll teach you the terminology and skills. If you love people interaction and get a kick out of sales this role will provide great career progression and uncapped commissions from day one.
You Will:
- Work with our experienced & successful Account Managers to find the best candidates for a variety of IT and tech roles.
- Source candidates quickly for the exciting, high volume roles we fill in our non-stop, ever-evolving tech world!
- Produce fantastic ads to attract the best candidates and highlight how great our brand is
- Help arrange the interviews- and hopefully the job offers!
- Collaborate with our expert team on every aspect of the recruitment process within the IT sphere.
You Are:
