About the Role

We have 2 roles open for a Recruitment Consultant and Serior Recruitment Consultant at Paxus. You will play a pivotal role in connecting top-tier talent with leading organisations. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, building and maintaining relationships, and ensuring the successful placement of candidates. This role offers the opportunity to work in a well-established team that provides a collaborative environment, the ability to develop strong industry knowledge, and make a significant impact on the success of both clients and candidates.

The role will include:

  • Collaborate with a team of recruitment consultants to source talent and support account managers in the delivery of top talent to client base.
  • Create talent pools using job platforms and recruitment tools such as Linked In Recruiter and Seek Talent Search
  • Plan sourcing approaches for each placement requirement
  • Provide feedback to candidates, account managers and hiring managers in a timely manner
  • Communicate and manage internal and external stakeholders


About you

We are ideally seeking someone that:

  • Has previous experience in IT recruitment, internal IT recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
  • Has an IT degree / certification or intimate knowledge of IT
  • Can work in a fast-paced environment
  • Is highly motivated with a desire to achieve and succeed in the role
  • Is results-driven with determination and enthusiasm
  • Demonstrates a high level of initiative
  • Shows a desire to learn and grow in the role and a want to succeed

Previous recruitment experience is not required, however working in a commercial or customer facing role would be advantageous.
