Risk and Safety Workshop Facilitator

Our client, one of the most popular and culturally strong government departments, is currently recruiting a Senior Risk and Safety Workshop Facilitator. You will be responsible for enterprise risk management and digital system safety in a complex high risk/high reliability environment. The scope of work includes provision of risk management and digital system safety.

Essential Requirements:

• Provision of a risk management and system safety, under the guidance of the Safety Assurance Manager
• Facilitate and provide guidance on Enterprise Project Risk Management
• Facilitate and provide guidance in safety risk workshops with all stakeholders
• Transformation risk workshops
• Change elements of the Safety Management System and Configuration Management Plan requirements
• Production of system safety related deliverables to ensure safety in design and through all stages of the system lifecycle
• Under the leadership and guidance of the Safety Assurance Manager, produce system safety related deliverables or impact category changes.
• Support to a wide range of projects within Digital Systems Program across multiple systems and subsystems
• Contribute to the effective delivery of the program and as such provide the required support to the relevant Project Managers, Project Engineers, Schedulers, and Contractors as well as other safety assurance functions as required
• Project performance monitoring and reporting to projects and governance bodies by providing specific information updates on key milestones and configuration management deliverables critical to the project schedule communication.

Desirable:

• 7-10 years minimum of enterprise risk management
• Previous government experience
