Brisbane based - Permanent/ 6 months contract opportunity!
Work as an SAP HCM Payroll Consultant with a leading Consulting firm on one of their Brisbane based projects.
Responsibilities:
- SAP Support for SAP ECC 6 On-Premise applications and Managed Hosted Services on Azure.
- All SAP HCM and Payroll related activities.
- Payroll Support for 24*7 supporting payroll processes (including loading files, transaction verifications, testing);
- Must have overarching knowledge of SAP HR / Payroll and its integration with the other SAP modules.
- Engage with Offshore resources for technical issues or development.
- Work and Co-ordinate for SuccessFactors related activity.
- Actively involved in Support processes like Incident management, Service Request, Enhancement, Problem Management etc.
Experience required:
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in SAP.
- Experience working in Australia payroll including Single Touch Payroll.
- An in-depth understanding and experience of the business function/process supported in SAP HR / Payroll is required.
- Must have experience in Taxation, Superannuation, Advance payment, Deduction, Bonus and commissions, salary packaging, leave processing, leave provisions, month end accruals, termination / redundancies, reporting, bank transfers etc.
- Overall experience in End-to-End Business Processes of Talent Management, Workforce Management, Payroll.
- Hands on implementation and support experience in HCM Payroll for various countries (Must have experience for Australian Payroll) and in Time Management.
- Must have implemented yearly release for Australian Payroll.
