Role Outline
Ready to jump headfirst into a new contract role as a Scrum Master? We have partnered with one of Australia's most recognized companies and a top ASX performer. This organisation is looking for a Scrum Master that will hit the ground running ASAP.
This is a role that is focused on delivery in a continuous development / continuous integration environment. You will feel at home working with SAFe, Azure, DevOps and helping your teams deliver the best projects possible.
As an overview you will be responsible working the Delivery Team to deliver quality outcomes as well as removing or mitigating any impediments. You will champion your team in Scrum of Scrums, building strong relationships to achieve a win win outcome.
Ideally you will have experience working across both IT and finance teams on projects incorporating both business functions.
Skills and experience
- 5 years engineer experience in Agile project delivery
- Experience with SAFe / Agile frameworks as a Scrum Master
- Projects working with finance teams would be beneficial
- Digital transformation project experience ideal
- Azure DevOps working knowledge
- Experience with complex working / project environments
- Baseline Security Clearance OR Australian Citizenship
On offer to the successful applicant is a contract role of initially 6 months with the possibility of extension. Rates of offer are based on your skills and experience up to $825 per day.
There is also work from home options once lockdown has been ended based in Sydney.
