About the role:
- This role has responsibility for delivering the identity, messaging and windows server platforms working with the organisation 's Infrastructure as a Service Managed Service Provider.
- This role is instrumental in shaping the orgqanmisatrions' Information Communications Technology (ICT) delivery model, meeting current business needs while ensuring the orgqanmisatrions is positioned to accommodate future technology changes.
- As the Identity Management Senior Specialist you will bring advanced experience into the organisation to advise, guide and shape the delivery of the identity management, email and Windows Server fleet for the enterprise.
- This role provides national coverage through our managed services provider and you will be responsible for
managing the outcomes of the Identity Management support function delivered by the managed services
supplier.
Essential:
- Highly developed communication skills, demonstrated ability to drive outcomes across primary and secondary stakeholders.
- Extensive experience with Identity Management Platforms and integration with internal and cloud services
- Extensive experience with managing or overseeing Email and Messaging platforms (Office 365) and related services
- Extensive experience with Managing or Overseeing Windows Server fleets
- Experience in delivering and sustaining 24/7 highly available technology capabilities
- Experience with commercial contract management
Others:
- Australian Citizen with the ability to obtain an NV1 clearance
- Candidates from Melbourne, Brisbane & Canberra - Highly prefrered.
