We're seeking a highly motivated Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team! In this role, you'll play a key role in developing and implementing innovative marketing campaigns that drive ridership and promote safe use of our network.
What you'll do:
- Develop and execute targeted marketing initiatives for new projects, attracting both frequent and infrequent users.
- Create integrated marketing communication strategies that support operational changes, like new timetables, ticketing systems, or service improvements.
- Analyse user data and understand audience needs to design effective campaigns across various channels (websites, apps, call centres, on-board displays).
- Lead the design, production, and delivery of marketing materials, ensuring they meet agreed-upon budgets and deadlines.
- Monitor and measure the success of marketing campaigns, adapting strategies based on ongoing analysis.
Who you are:
- NSW government experience
- A marketing professional with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful campaigns.
- Experienced in analysing audience data and translating insights into actionable strategies.
- Skilled in project management, budget control, and meeting tight deadlines.
- A creative thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
