Work remotely from anywhere in Australia - Melbourne preferred - 6 months contract with extensions!
Work as a Senior Product Designer with a renowned Global Consulting firm based out of Melbourne.
Responsibilities include:
- You will partner with product managers, engineers and cross functional stakeholders to identify opportunities and unmet needs and then create solutions to meet them.
- You will participate in all phases of product development, from discovery to delivery and subsequent iterations.
- Present and substantiate design direction as well as breaking down the big picture into actionable next steps.
Skills required:
- 8+ years of experience designing UX for consumer-facing products across web, mobile, watch and/or TV.
- Experience in user experience and product design, working as part of a
cross-functional team. - The ability to read insights and data to draw out correlations.
- You feel right at home creating interfaces, flows and rapid prototypes using a combination of modern design tools
- A highly collaborative style and ability to influence people and "sell" ideas by elaborating your thinking and rationalising it with storytelling and clear communication.
- Track record of shipping products and leading projects to successful outcomes for global users and the business.
