About the role

Looking for a Senior Program Manager who involves in overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects or programs within an organization.

Responsibilities

  1. Proficient professional with substantial expertise primarily focused on program management and successful project delivery.
  2. Skilled in overseeing program progress through adept negotiation, maintenance, and control, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  3. Demonstrated competency in coordinating and managing diverse teams across disciplines, fostering collaboration and achieving collective goals.
  4. Seasoned in crafting compelling business cases, papers, and reports, with a proven ability to identify strategic impacts and articulate recommendations for projects and programs.
  5. Extensive experience in contract administration, negotiation, and compliance management, adeptly addressing under-performance and ensuring contractor delivery excellence.
  6. Possesses in-depth knowledge of forecasting techniques and methodologies, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize resource allocation and mitigate risks effectively.
  7. Proven track record in leadership management and driving organizational change, navigating complex transformations with agility and fostering resilience within teams and organizations.

Essential Criteria

  1. Possesses exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, adept at fostering cooperation to align resources organization-wide in pursuit of business objectives.
  2. Demonstrates extensive competencies in project and program management, effectively overseeing cost controls, resource planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement both internally and externally.
  3. Exhibits excellent interpersonal skills, confidently navigating negotiations, influencing decisions, and managing relationships across diverse stakeholder groups within specific areas of responsibility.
  4. Shows strong business acumen and commercial aptitude, proficient in analyzing and solving complex problems to drive strategic outcomes.
  5. Displays expertise in project governance and risk management, engaging stakeholders for efficient project delivery while providing coaching and upskilling support to fellow project managers within the program.
