Purpose of Role
This role oversees the architecture for the entire company's Digital Solution, including integration with Group
Solutions.
The role works with the Digital Leadership team to shape initiatives and then with Delivery Squads to ensure that each Release takes the solution towards the target state.
Key Responsibilities
● Achieve the right balance between innovation, cost efficiency and reliability
● Provide thought-leadership during the shaping / feasibility process to ensure the optimal initiatives are prioritised and technology investments made
● Maintain a high level overview of the current and target state architectures
● Provide subject matter expertise to the planning and delivery of Releases
● Provide support to business stakeholders and Delivery Squads to ensure that solution options are well understood, costed and defined.
