Job description
- Develop a roadmap and activities required to uplift the testing capability for Delivery and Operations within the Technology and Digital Programmes Group.
- In consultation with key TDP Group resources: design, implement and communicate an improved testing capability
- Utilise broad awareness of testing approaches, practices and techniques to design and deliver the overall testing capability
- Provide technical know-how, documentation and training to the test, development and business teams
- Identify tools and technologies that can be implemented, aligning to the organisation's test and DevOps strategy
- Identify gaps in people, strategy and operations to enable a more consistent consolidated approach
- Identify overlap between teams and areas where shared capability could provide coverage
- Define a collaborative approach to ensure all teams within the group maintain a shared knowledge
