  • 6 month contract
  • Adelaide based - hybrid (including a onsite)
  • Must have Australian working rights

As the Service Delivery Manager you will be responsible for the delivery of ITIL® aligned Service Management incorporating multiple ITIL aligned processes and maintaining continuity of these services to the broader business, staff and third parties.

You will also be responsible for end to end incident management, stakeholder and change management activities, as well as management of IT Asset Information with the responsibility of maintaining and reviewing knowledge articles.

Skills/experience needed:

* Demonstrated experience and a proven track record in IT Service Management, with an understanding of IT Operating models and the implications they have on financial management, vendor management, contracts and program management.
* Proven experience in customer centric roles, where innovative solutions were designed to enable higher levels of customer service.
* Demonstrated experience in managing IT services, trends and best practices, and support processes and procedures, particularly within large, complex environments.
* A solid understanding of the ITIL® Processes
* Experience and knowledge of Service Management principles, methodologies and tools.
* ITIL® V3 Foundation Certified (Essential) or ITIL® V3 Intermediate Certification.
