Role Outline
A prestigious state government department is looking for a Servicer Designer to work on a new, key programme.
You will be joining a team that will be working on a wide range of projects. As a Service Designer, you will be involved in
- Leading the design of concepts and requirements
- Assessing customer needs ensuring they are met
- Engaging stakeholders on all aspects of design
- Ensuring governance and compliance is met
- Supporting the delivery and implementation phase
Skills and experience required:
- 5+ years experience in Service Design
- Government experience beneficial (not mandatory)
- User research, design and architecture
- Agile delivery
On offer to the successful applicant is a contract with an initial 6 month term with possibilities of further extensions.
Rates on offer of $1000 per day with a prestigious government department.
