Our client is looking for an experienced Service Desk Analyst.


  • Ensure user issues are captured, validated and assessed for further processing
  • Ensure information are communication to users through relevant channels
  • Ensure improvements through analysis, reviews and reporting.

The following skills and clearance are preferred:

  • Experience in service desk environment
  • Good customer service and communication skills
  • NV1 or NV2 Clearance required
