Our client is looking for an experienced Service Desk Analyst.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure user issues are captured, validated and assessed for further processing
- Ensure information are communication to users through relevant channels
- Ensure improvements through analysis, reviews and reporting.
The following skills and clearance are preferred:
- Experience in service desk environment
- Good customer service and communication skills
- NV1 or NV2 Clearance required
