  • Previous Level 1-2 Help desk support
  • Knowledge of a helpdesk ticketing system eg. ServiceNow
  • Exceptional customer service and comminucation skills
  • A passion for all things IT
  • Proven ability to work within a team effectively
  • Good time management, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
