Job description
- Candidates must be from Melbourne/Brisbane/Canberra/Sydney - Hybrid working model (3 days in office)
- 12 months Contract with likely extensions
- Must have Baseline Security Clearance
Work as a ServiceNow Tester with a Global Consulting firm on one of their established Government sector projects.
Responsibilities include:
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents.
- Identify, analyse and fix problems.
- Maintain and enhance the platform and processes to align with best practices and business requirements.
- Configure and customise various parts of the platform including but not limited to applications, flows and scripts.
- Liaise with business stakeholders to confirm and gather specific requirements, and translate them into the required technical configurations/customisations.
- Identify and build out POCs for areas of improvement within the environment.
Skills Required include:
- Experience working in a similar role.
- Experience working in ServiceNow Testing.
- Must have AU Citizenship and Baseline Security Clearance.
