Paxus is currently seeking a Software Development Manager for our client, a leader in the Health and Aviation sectors. You will be developing bespoke software systems that are integrated with a variety of internal and external platforms, including 3rd-party systems.
In this role, you will provide technical leadership to a small, highly skilled team of in-house developers and offer oversight to external development partners for outsourced projects. Your focus will be on delivering software solutions that meet the core business requirements of both the Health and Aviation divisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of software developers.
- Provide technical direction and leadership to external software development partners.
- Ensure the successful development, integration, and quality management of bespoke software systems.
- Collaborate closely with the Executive GM and Chief Information Officer to meet business objectives.

Flexible terms: 12-month or 24-month contract options available.
