Job description
We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join our clients multi-year program. In this role you will ensure the smooth integration of technical solutions within the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Adhering to established methodologies and standards to support program deliverables.
- Collaborating with technical teams to document the technical aspects of applications.
- Developing an understanding of current systems and documenting business dependencies and technical specifications.
- Conducting thorough analysis and design to produce business and system processes, requirements, information models, solution outlines, and functional specifications.
- Creating comprehensive handover documents for program closure.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a government or equivalent environment.
- Demonstrated proficiency in the following areas:
- Defining primary purposes of software products.
- Identifying and addressing unknown factors affecting business problems.
- Analysing web services, software programs, and applications.
- Implementing new advancements in system and enterprise architecture.
- Integrating new systems and programs with business operations.
- Documenting technical requirements of projects.
- Evaluating methods of software product implementation into business operations.
- Assessing and improving web-based customer portals and support services.
- Reviewing product licenses to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Ensuring computer hardware compatibility with system updates and enhancements.
