Job description
We are looking for a Technical Specialist with extensive experience in SharePoint and cloud technologies to join our client's dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing the migration of the existing SharePoint environment to a cloud-based platform. This role requires a deep understanding of both SharePoint and cloud infrastructures, along with strong project management skills.
Role Description
- Configuration and implementation of a modern intranet on SharePoint Online.
- Development of Power Platform forms and workflows.
- Testing where required.
- Documentation for technical solutions, processes and activities, and transfer of knowledge to the deparment's technical support teams.
- Working in an agile environment and ensure the department requirements are met for successful project delivery in migrating the existing SharePoint 2016 On-prem content to SharePoint Online.
Technical Skillset and Experience
- Extensive SharePoint Site Administration and SharePoint Security Setup experience.
- Extensive SharePoint Page and Data Migration from On Premises to Cloud experience (Large migrations essential).
- Demonstrated PowerApps Form Development experience (minimum of 3 years).
- Demonstrated Power Automate Development experience (minimum of 3 years).
- Advanced PowerShell experience (especially with PNP SharePoint module).
- Strong communication and technical and non-technical stakeholder engagement skills.
- Demonstrated experience working with M365 environments (minimum of 3 years).
- Demonstrated ShareGate experience (minimum of 3 years).
