Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborative Learning Development: Partner with various business units to create and maintain high-quality learning activities and support materials.
  • Engaging Online Content: Build dynamic online material to support core business systems, ensuring accessibility and effectiveness.
  • Diverse Training Delivery: Utilise adult education principles to deliver both face-to-face and blended training sessions.
  • Vendor Collaboration: Evaluate, customise, and incorporate training materials from external vendors or collaborate directly to co-design contextual training solutions.
  • Project Participation: Contribute to various projects aimed at delivering exceptional IT services and support.

Ongoing Improvement & Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Review Cycle Implementation: Develop and execute a prioritised review cycle to keep learning activities and support materials up-to-date and relevant.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to ensure training activities meet their evolving needs.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive the continuous improvement of services, processes, and systems to meet high standards of quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness while proactively managing issues and risks.
  • Communication & Presentation: Prepare and deliver presentations and communications for customers, partners, and stakeholders to foster understanding and engagement.
  • Website & Online Content Development: Create and review website content and online communications to ensure clarity and engagement.
  • Stakeholder Engagement Activities: Design and deliver activities under the guidance of senior staff to promote a positive culture of communication, transparency, and engaged decision-making with internal and external customers.
