Our client, a Global Consulting Company that has been awarded Global Top Employer for the sixth consecutive year, is currently seeking a professional and experienced Test Lead. Reporting into the SAP SuccessFactors Test Manager, you will be given the unique opportunity of Tech Lead and leading a skilled testing team of 6.
Essential Skills
- Proven experience as a Test Lead / Manager; 4-6 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors & ECP implementation and testing.
- Should have strong knowledge in HR processes / functions related to core modules ranging from Employee Central to Payroll, Recruitment and Performance Management and Succession and Development.
- Knowledge of Functional Testing (Test design through to Test reporting).
- Should be capable of leading a small team
- Defining the test scope.
Desirable Skills
- Capable of devising E2E Automation Strategy and developing automation frameworks using an automation tool.
- Should have knowledge of Agile Methodology.
