Our client is seeking a Test Lead who can independently run all facets of the testing lifecycle within a squad. This includes defining the test strategy, preparing test plans, writing scripts, managing defect resolution and publishing execution reports.
The squads follow Agile delivery and use Jira and Zephyr for planning and test management. While the title is Test Lead, this is not a people management role. Instead, the individual will act as the primary testing resource within their assigned squad and be the go-to for all test related matters.
Any exposure to Playwright or similar automation tools are also valuable, though automation is handled by a separate team. A background in business analysis is considered a plus given the collaborative nature of the squads.
Any other key details
Candidates with a strong mix of Workday and ServiceNow will be prioritised as this allows greater deployment flexibility, but specialists in one area are also welcome.
