Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and internal design teams to ensure all design and drafting adhere to necessary codes, standards, specifications, budgets, and schedules within agreed timeframes.
- Visit project sites (Perth Metro) to monitor progress, address scope changes, and resolve site-based issues.
- Ensure quality assurance by inspecting and approving post-tensioned (PT) structures on site.
- Coordinate the flow and storage of contract information within the organization (Document Control).
- Oversee the implementation of the QA system across projects in WA, assisting those responsible for its maintenance to meet design and specification requirements on site.
- Engage in client-facing activities, working alongside BD team to generate and log leads, identify industry trends, and track short, medium, and long-term opportunities via Salesforce.
- Assist in preparing structural schemes and budgets for prospective projects.
- Produce and submit tender documentation to clients, including takeoffs, budgets, proposal letters, design criteria, and NSR schedules.
- Attend pre-contract meetings as required.
