About the role and organisation

A permanent role with a multinational organisation with over 5000 employees in over 100 countries. With offices located in the Liverpool/Bankstown area, you will help lead in a digital transformation creating new visions for their website, ensuring strategies for business units to align their digital thinking with their marketing and product strategies.

In this role as Web Developer, you will also contribute to the communications team through scheduling and reporting communications to stakeholders and collaborating with the digital team on design templates and layouts.

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

• Manage the company's country website as they navigate through a digital transformation
• Solution a way to link all business communication through the CRM
• Work with the commerical team to execute plans and propose new ways of driving more traffic and engagement to the website
• Develop web solutions and strategies that are scalable, responsive, & cross-device compatible
• Maintain comms calendar and schedule all eDMs/SMS to stakeholders through the CRM

To be considered you will have the following skills and experience:

• 3+ years working as a web developer in an agency or client-side role
• Experience with open-source CMS platforms such as Wordpress, Drupal, Joomla and/or Jahia
• Strong experience in HTML, CSS, and Javascript
• Ability to implement and advocate the usage of web standards, SEO principles and cross-browser compatibility
• Experience with campaign landing page development and best practive to increase dwell time and reduce bounce rates
