We're on the hunt for a seasoned Account Director who knows the ins and outs of CX and contact centre outsourcing - someone who can open doors, lead complex sales cycles, and manage high-value enterprise relationships with commercial finesse and credibility.

🧠 What You Bring:

  • 10+ years in account management, sales, or delivery within BPO, contact centre, or CX transformation environments

  • Strong connections and deal experience in Australian banking and insurance

  • Ability to lead RFPs, craft enterprise solutions, and work cross-functionally with global teams

  • Commercial acumen with P&L ownership and a strong track record of hitting revenue targets

  • A strategic mindset, paired with the hustle to win net-new business and expand existing relationships

💥 What You'll Be Doing:

  • Own executive relationships across major banking, financial services, and insurance (BFSI) clients

  • Lead large-scale BPO and customer experience (CX) outsourcing deals - from discovery to contract

  • Work closely with global delivery teams to ensure seamless execution across contact centre and back-office operations

  • Drive revenue growth, margin performance, and client satisfaction across strategic accounts

  • Be the face of innovation in the BFSI outsourcing space - advising clients on CX transformation, automation, and digital strategy
