Job description

Are you passionate about AI, low-code platforms, and delivering elegant solutions that bridge the gap between business and tech? We're partnering with a well-known organisation in the music and creative industry to find a Techno-Functional Business Analyst who can help bring their next generation of AI-driven tools to life.

This is a unique opportunity to join a collaborative, relaxed, and purpose-driven environment while working on cutting-edge digital transformation projects using Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and conversational AI.

🧠 The Role

You'll sit at the heart of a cross-functional team, working closely with product managers, developers, and non-technical stakeholders to:

  • Design and prototype low-code AI solutions such as chatbots and workflow automations

  • Lead workshops, whiteboarding sessions, and process mapping to uncover practical use cases

  • Translate business needs into structured user stories, process flows, and functional specs

  • Support the testing, training, and deployment of AI-enabled experiences

  • Stay plugged into trends in Generative AI, NLP, and Microsoft's evolving low-code ecosystem

  • Drive the adoption of ethical, scalable AI tools across business units

✅ What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years in a Techno-Functional BA or Product Owner role

  • Solid experience in digital transformation, ideally with low-code tools like Power Platform or OutSystems

  • Strong familiarity with AI/Chatbot concepts - NLP, machine learning basics, conversational design

  • Ability to lead workshops, create great documentation, and be the translator between business and tech

  • Excellent stakeholder management - especially with non-technical users

🌟 Bonus Points For

  • PL-900 or AI-900 certifications

  • Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio or Dynamics 365 Omnichannel

  • A background in customer service, CX, or creative environments

  • A genuine interest in music or the creative industries

🎧 Why You'll Love It

  • Work on meaningful, forward-thinking projects that are reshaping how AI is used

  • Join a down-to-earth team that values collaboration, curiosity, and creativity

Enjoy hybrid flexibility with 2-3 days in-office (Sydney-based)
