Title: Account Manager
Location : Melbourne
Hybrid: 4 days work from office, 1 day work from home

The Role

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for project management, client liaison, and new business development, leading key enterprise clients. You'll work closely with digital and creative production teams and directors to deliver high-performing campaigns and exceptional results.

This role is perfect for an organized and motivated individual with excellent communication skills and experience in full-funnel digital marketing. You'll have a passion for delivering exceptional client service and thrive on building trusted relationships both internally and externally.

You will manage various projects, including social content, performance marketing, and customer experience strategies, leveraging CRM and marketing automation platforms. Adaptability and a positive attitude are essential in the ever-changing digital landscape.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of projects and ensure efficient workflow within the studio.
  • Be a key resource within our growing team.
  • Develop strategic marketing campaigns that generate ROI for our clients.
  • Work closely with digital producers to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Engage and collaborate with client stakeholders (up to director level).
  • Maintain and develop existing client relationships.
  • Consistently achieve revenue management targets.
  • Drive business development strategy and processes.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and expand current clients' services.
  • Collaborate with the team on new products and projects.
  • Proactively prospect for new clients.

Experience Required

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in the digital marketing industry, either agency or client-side.
  • Proven experience in developing and delivering digital marketing campaigns.
  • Experience managing large budgets ($1 million+).
  • Significant experience in developing multi-channel customer acquisition and retention plans.
  • At least 2 years of account management experience.
