🔧 About the Role
As part of the agency's Digital Media team, you'll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising programmatic display/video and paid social campaigns across platforms like DV360, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Pinterest. You'll manage the full campaign lifecycle-from asset coordination and trafficking to ad tagging, QA, reporting, and stakeholder presentation. Collaboration is key, as you'll work closely with strategy, planning, creative, and analytics teams to deliver impactful results.
📌 Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Build and launch campaigns across DV360, Meta Ads, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and other DSPs
- Ensure tracking implementation, budget pacing, and campaign delivery are on point
- Run A/B testing to optimise creatives, audiences, placements, and bidding strategies
- Execute multi-channel media aligned to KPIs such as CPM, CPC, CTR, CPA, and ROAS
- Troubleshoot delivery issues and ensure deadlines and benchmarks are met
Data-Driven Delivery & Insights
- Contribute to performance-driven campaign strategies focused on customer segments and commercial outcomes
- Align media activations with broader marketing objectives like brand growth, acquisition, and product adoption
- Compile dashboards and reports using Looker Studio, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Generate actionable insights to inform future activations and media plans
- Stay current on platform updates, ad formats, and industry trends
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Build strong relationships internally and externally with regular communication
- Advise on platform capabilities and channel strategy based on business needs
- Set clear expectations for campaign timelines, deliverables, and performance
- Tackle delivery challenges proactively and collaboratively
🛠 Essential Skills & Experience
- 18+ months experience in programmatic and paid social trading (agency or client-side)
- Strong knowledge of DSPs: DV360, The Trade Desk, Vistar Media, CM360
- Experience across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, LinkedIn
- Skilled with tagging and tracking tools like GTM, Meta Pixel, and Floodlight
- Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and pressure calmly and effectively
- Exceptional stakeholder management and client service delivery
- Comfortable adapting to change and fast-paced environments
- Strong understanding of digital KPIs and trends
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, Commerce or related field
🎓 Bonus Skills
- Experience with Google Ads, including Performance Max (PMAX) and Demand Gen
- Familiarity with Search trading and how it integrates into broader strategies
- Knowledge of Test & Learn frameworks and analytical testing
- Ability to build custom dashboards in Google Looker Studio or similar tools
