Objective of the Role
To deliver high-quality secretariat, governance, and administrative support across a portfolio of ICT programs and projects managed by our client.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and secretariat support, including preparation of documentation, meeting materials, project reports, and briefings.
Ensure compliance of project documentation with established governance frameworks, reporting requirements, and delivery standards.
Maintain systems for tracking project performance and outcomes; generate clear, high-quality reports, submissions, and briefings.
Support data governance processes, including user access management, monitoring data usage, and delivering training across programs.
Offer advice on governance, quality assurance, and risk mitigation processes.
Develop and maintain productive relationships with stakeholders to enable effective coordination of governance activities.
Collaborate with internal teams to align project efforts and contribute to continuous improvement of governance practices.
Essential Skills and Experience
Proven experience providing secretariat support to governance and steering committees.
Strong understanding of governance and risk management in complex project environments.
Advanced administrative and project support skills, with the ability to apply critical thinking and resolve issues independently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including stakeholder engagement.
Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes with strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint, with the capability to quickly adapt to tools like Jira and Confluence.
Desirable Qualifications
Certificate IV in Project Management or an equivalent qualification.
