Short term administration contract, preferably someone who has worked with wills OR estates or trustees or guardianship OR executorship OR financial management.
- 1 month contract with potential for extension
- Hourly rate up to $39/hour
Our client is a highly respected organisation, and they are seeking an Administration Officer to join the team. In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of wills OR estate or trustee or guardianship OR executorship OR financial management.
What You will Do:
- Primary purpose of the role is to provide a range of administration tasks, including managing the allocation of emails for shared boxes
- Updating contact details for customers and service providers to support the delivery of quality financial management services.
- Effective information and referral service.
- Word processing
- Data entry
- Perform general clerical duties, such as filing and answering phones.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Previous experience in an administrative capacity.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Exposure to trustees, wills, guardianship or estates.
