A little bit about the project
A very highly visible and business critical project. It's an upgrade to one of the clients key platforms. Working with the end clients teams to coach and mentor. The role is a mix of Project Management and working in an Agile methodology.
Must have's;
Demonstrate leading squads or tribes
Can demonstrate Delivery focus - collaboration is important but they need someone who can drive the squad
Agile or Scrum background
Run Stand up
Working closely Product owners and stakeholder
Experience bringing teams together
Set work flow management for the teams
