Candidates must be Melbourne based - 6 months contract with extensions!
Work as a Senior API Automation Test Engineer with a renowned Global Consulting firm based in Melbourne.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a small team of Automation test engineers.
- API Automation for different API calls made to multiple platform services.
- Participate in Daily Stand-up, Scrum, Sprint development activities prepared to take on any role within the Agile team.
- Contribution to improve API Test Automation framework/s.
- Conduct Functional, System Integration, User Acceptance tests.
- Provide test reports and other key test metrics.
- Analyse test results and recommend/implement the corrective actions.
Skills required:
- API Testing experience mandatory
- Experience in setting up Automation frameworks
- Postman experience desirable
- Experience working in Agile model preferred but not essential
- Automation Tools preferred not essential: TestCafe/Cypress (or Selenium), Postman/Newman
