About the company
Global consulting company is looking for Application supoort consultant to join the client based out of Sydney
Job Responsibilities':
- Design, implement and manage continual improvements to the IT Support process, with a focus on working within an Agile support environment.
- Management of IT support team in onshore/offshore model
- Responsibility for IT application support operations and management of support teams, including hands-on overseeing responsibilities when needed.
- Responsible for client facing support and other functions related to Application environment
- Relationship management with customer stakeholders and internal stakeholders
- Ticket Management, Service Requests, SLA management, Service management, Major Incident Management, On call support and other key app support activities
POSITION REQUIREMENT
- 7+ years with application development/support background preferably Java background.
- Strong IT management, with focus on Apps, SDLC, AWS Cloud
- Excellent communication skills
- Financial Services experience advantageous
