Applications Support Engineer
The Applications Support Engineer is responsible for supporting and maintaining key SaaS business applications whilst effectively troubleshooting software issues.
*Recruiting for several head counts at various seniority.
Responsibilities:
- System Support and Maintenance: Ensure smooth operation, reliability, and performance of business systems.
- Incident Management: Handle and resolve system-related incidents following established procedures.
- System Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve system efficiency, performance, and user experience.
- System Upgrades and Enhancements: Participate in planning, testing, and implementing system upgrades and enhancements.
- Change Management: Coordinate system changes to minimize disruptions.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve business processes through technology.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in initiatives to enhance system and process efficiency.
Requirements:
- MSP experience (software support) preferred but not essential.
- Experience in system implementation and maintaining business systems
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and operations.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into layman's terms and troubleshoot software issues effectively.
- Experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders, including business users and technical teams.
