Project Assurance Analyst - Enterprise Transformation
Are you a detail-oriented assurance or governance analyst who thrives in large, complex transformation programs? We're seeking a Project Assurance Analyst to join a multi-year transformation within one of Australia's most respected financial services organisations.
In this role, you'll ensure key projects and initiatives are meeting internal delivery standards and governance requirements. You'll work alongside a range of delivery, risk, and program leads to assess documentation, support gate reviews, and help uplift compliance across the program.
Key Duties:
Conduct regular reviews of program deliverables, RAID logs, and project artefacts
Support initiative gating and assurance processes across multiple workstreams
Ensure alignment with enterprise delivery and governance frameworks
Collaborate with PMs, risk teams, and control owners to close gaps and drive improvements
Track actions, escalate risks, and contribute to reporting at the leadership level
About You:
Experience in a governance, assurance, risk, or PMO setting within complex & highly regulated environments (ideally FinServices
Familiarity with RAID, gating, and program audit or risk practices
Strong understanding of project delivery frameworks and governance best practices
Exposure to large-scale transformations, ideally involving M&A or integration of systems/businesses
Confident communicator and able to engage stakeholders and influence outcomes
High attention to detail and comfortable reviewing and preparing artefacts for formal reviews
