Bookkeeper / Operations Support
The Company
Our client is a dynamic, full-service fashion and merchandise design and production company headquartered in Melbourne's North.

The business manages large-scale operations for multinational clients and brands across streetwear, skate, and music related industrys. They do this globally.

The "front of house" Australian based team design and develop fashion and Merch solutions then actioned by a fully integrated operations team based in China.

The Opportunity

This is a new position created due to current and forecast growth of the company. They seek a highly experienced Bookkeeper, skilled in Xero accounting, Monday.com project management software products. This professional will have previously worked within industries using international and local freight forwarding solutions from (but not limited to) DHL and TNT. You will also have some operations management experience and importantly have identified this as being something you're passionate about developing as part of your career growth.

You will have a leadership committed to supporting you to deliver the day to day responsibilities of the job but also empower, develop and reward the person who wants to improve and innovate the bookkeeping, finance and operational compliance function from it's current state.

Essential Experience:

  • 5 + years experience in similar position and industries.
  • Xero accounting, Monday.com project management, Microsoft products. Dropbox, Apple IOS alignment also viewed as a positive.
  • Experience with multi-currency operations - AUD & Chinese RMB
  • international and local freight forwarding, including but not limited to DHL and TNT.
