This Business Analyst / Relationship Lead position will require the successful incumbent to 'wear a couple of hats'. You will enjoy the variety of pre-project scoping and engagement through to Business Analyst responsibilities. Reporting into the Manager Digital Business partner, this role will grow your career.
Essential
- Experience developing productive and trusted relations with a range of stakeholders
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Strong, analytical, and problem-solving skills to interpret and implement complex initiatives.
- Business needs analysis and the ability to align digital solutioning to business solution outcomes
- Minimum 5 years' experience in business analysis and developing business solutions
- Development of requirements for large, complex integrated solutions with commercial understanding
- Demonstrated ability to lead and work within multi-disciplinary teams
- Planning / prioritisation of business digital portfolios
- Experience in Project Brief development with the ability to succinctly identify and articulate business outcomes.
Desirable
- Tertiary degree in information technology / Digital Services management and/or equivalent industry experience (MBA Desirable)
- Minimum 7 years' experience developing/managing business engagements
