Job description
We are seeking a talented and dynamic Business Analyst with expertise in requirements gathering and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving our clients strategic objectives by collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyse business processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement innovative solutions to support our digital transformation journey. Contract initially through to 30th June 2024.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and requirements.
- Conduct thorough analysis of current business systems, processes, and workflows.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop comprehensive business requirements documents, use cases, and functional specifications.
- Work closely with IT teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements, elicit feedback, and drive consensus among stakeholders.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
- Contribute to the development and execution of digital transformation strategies and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a digital transformation environment.
- Strong understanding of business process analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation.
- Experience working with stakeholders at all levels to gather requirements and elicit feedback.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively and facilitate productive discussions.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies and their application in driving digital transformation initiatives.
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g. CBAP) is a plus.
