Job description

We are seeking a talented and dynamic Business Analyst with expertise in requirements gathering and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving our clients strategic objectives by collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyse business processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement innovative solutions to support our digital transformation journey. Contract initially through to 30th June 2024.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and requirements.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of current business systems, processes, and workflows.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop comprehensive business requirements documents, use cases, and functional specifications.
  • Work closely with IT teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements, elicit feedback, and drive consensus among stakeholders.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of digital transformation strategies and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a digital transformation environment.
  • Strong understanding of business process analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation.
  • Experience working with stakeholders at all levels to gather requirements and elicit feedback.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively and facilitate productive discussions.
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies and their application in driving digital transformation initiatives.
  • Certification in Business Analysis (e.g. CBAP) is a plus.
